I've been teaching Yoga for 30 years and working with Wilderness Rites of Passage, Nature Therapy and Council for over 15 years. In combination, these beautiful practices not only support and enhance individual well-being, they also deepen our connection with community and the natural world.
Wilderness rites of passage enable us to mark significant events and transitions in our lives and gain inspiration, insight and clarity for ourselves and our communities.
Forms include nature-based ceremonies, medicine walks and vision fasts in wild places.
